Can you buy eco-friendly stickers?

Absolutely. We offer custom eco-friendly stickers which are a great alternative to traditional plastic stickers. These beauties are not only durable, but compostable.

What are eco-friendly stickers?

Eco-friendly stickers are made from sustainably sourced wood pulp from managed plantations. This makes these stickers completely compostable. You can simply put them in your food waste bin at home, where they will decompose within 12 weeks.

However, eco-friendly stickers still feel and behave like the plastic-based stickers you are probably familiar with. We laminate them with a protective coating that makes them water resistant, tear proof and highlight the print quality with a glossy shine. Through this, you can use these eco-friendly stickers outdoors for up to six months.

We can offer two eco-friendly sticker options: white and clear. Both are made from the same material, making them both compostable.

Are vinyl stickers eco-friendly?

When you think of traditional stickers, you will most likely think of vinyl stickers. Vinyl stickers are made from plastic, which means they are not compostable.

However, there are different forms of plastic. We use polypropylene for our vinyl stickers, which are dishwasher safe, can be used outdoors for up to three years and - the best part - is recycle compatible.

So while our classic vinyl sticker option is not biodegradable, it can at least be recycled. All you have to do is put them in your recycling bin to give them a new life.

How can I order eco-friendly custom stickers?

First, decide which material you are after; eco-friendly white or eco-friendly clear. Then think about how you want your stickers to be delivered: individually cut or on sticker sheets?

We recommend getting labels printed onto stickers sheets if you are using them to brand your products. Individually cut stickers are ideal for handing them out to customers or selling them.

To the right-hand side, you will see our live pricing calculator. Simply enter the size of your sticker and see your pricing breakdown immediately. At the bottom, you can also choose a custom quantity.

Then, hit continue. You will be asked to upload your artwork. If your artwork is not ready yet, you can skip this step and email it to us later. If you do not have artwork, you can create your own then and there with Graphic, our free online design tool.

Once you have uploaded your artwork, it is time to check out and let us do the work. Within 12 working hours, you will be sent a digital design proof that shows what your stickers will look like. You can ask for changes to be made or approve your design.

After you have approved your design proof, we will print, laminate and cut your stickers within four working days and ship them in our eco-friendly packaging.
