When do I pay for my order?

When placing your order, we ask for your card details, and we take payment from your bank.

We will send you a design proof before printing, within 12 working hours (Monday-Friday). You can request changes for free until you're 100% happy.

If you are not happy with your design proof(s), we will refund your money straight away. No hassle.
