Clear stickers are see-through because of the material they are printed on. Custom clear stickers are printed onto an ultra-transparent material and laminated with a glossy finish to give them some extra shine.

What are custom clear stickers made from?

We offer two versions of custom clear stickers: clear vinyl stickers and eco-friendly clear stickers.

When you opt for the first option, your stickers will be printed onto clear vinyl material. This is a durable material that ensures your stickers can withstand tear and wear. It is also super transparent.
We also offer an eco-friendly alternative to clear stickers. These are printed onto a completely compostable transparent material made from wood pulp. But do not be worried, these stickers are just as clear as their vinyl counterparts.

What are transparent stickers?

When you look for clear stickers, you will often come across the term transparent stickers - or the other way around.

Do not be worried, both clear and transparent stickers refer to the same product: a sticker with a transparent background.

So if that is what you are after, either term will work for you. However, if you are specifically looking for a plastic-free option, be sure to opt for eco-friendly clear stickers.

How clear are custom stickers?

Our clear stickers are almost invisible. Their transparent background often makes it look as if your sticker design was drawn directly onto your product or surface.

Printing colours onto that clear background results in a beautiful stained-glass effect, comparable to a church window. This can give your design a stunningly eye-catching quality.

If you want part of your design or your entire design to appear opaquely on a clear sticker, we can simply print white ink behind your colours. This will dilute the stained-glass effect and instead result in full and vibrant colours.

When should I use clear stickers?

Custom clear stickers are the perfect option for product stickers and product labels of all sorts. Due to their transparent background, we love using them to brand bottles and beverages, as these stickers allow your customers to spot the product through the sticker.

Do not worry about your clear sticker coming in contact with water. These stickers come with a strong adhesive and are resistant to water and scratches.

In general, clear stickers work beautifully on a glass surface like a shop window or car windows. You can even get front adhesive clear stickers that have the sticky side on top of your design. This means that you can stick these to the inside of a window for passers-by to see.

They are also ideal for creating a minimalist product aesthetic for your brand. So if you want to promote natural products, a straight-to-the-point service or transparent business ethics, clear stickers are for you.

Do you offer clear labels?

We do! You can find our clear labels right here. If you are not sure whether labels or stickers are right for you, keep this distinction in mind.

Clear stickers are individually cut. When you order 100 stickers, you will receive 100 individually cut stickers. Labels, on the other hand, are printed on sheets. This means you will receive 10 sheets with 10 stickers on each.

Labels are the right choice for you if you will be applying your own labels, whereas stickers are perfect for selling or handing them out to customers.
