Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time until you approve your final design proof.

The reason we cannot cancel your order after this point is that we send your order to our manufacturing department almost straight away to start printing. This is so we can get your order shipped as quickly as possible.

Once you've approved your design proof, if you'd like to cancel your order please contact us and if it's not printed yet this isn't a problem.

If it is printed we will do our best to resolve the problem.
